- A 20% commission is paid on all Bid Pack purchases.
- When your personally referred members purchase bids on autoship you earn the entire 20% commission.
2.Non-Autoship Bid Pack Purchase Bonus
- A 20% commission is paid on all Bid Pack purchases.
- When your personally referred members make One Time bid pack purchases you earn a 10% commission.
- The remaining 10% is paid out as Generational and Infinity Matching Bonuses to qualified affiliates.
- This means every non-autoship bid pack purchased within 5 generations from you can make you a Generational Matching Bonus and every non-autoship bid pack purchased in your entire downline can make you an Infinity Matching Bonus!
Before We Go Any Further...
Let's look at the 7 steps that occur for every auctioned item:
A Retail Value (MSRP) is assigned to an item prior to auction.
A Retail Value Bonus Percentage of up to 200% of the MSRP value is assigned to an item prior to auction.
A Maximum Retail Value Bonus is calculated by multiplying MSRP x Retail Value Bonus Percentage.
After an auction closes "total value of bids used" minus the MSRP of the item is calculated to determine Auction Profit.
50% of total Auction Profit is available as Auction Commissions to be shared with qualified members.
A Retail Value Bonus is calculated using the Maximum Retail Value Bonus and is dependent on available Auction Commissions.
Generational and Infinity Matching Bonuses are paid on the Retail Value Bonus.
Any remaining Auction Commissions after the Retail Value Bonus, Generational Matching Bonuses and Infinity Matching Bonuses are paid gets assigned to the Global Auction Profit Pools.
3.Retail Value Bonus
The Retail Value Bonus is calculated using the Maximum Retail Value Bonus and depends on available Auction Commissions as described in the "Before We Go Any Further" section directly above.
Available Auction Commissions, up to the Maximum Retail Value Bonus amount, are equally split between sponsor and the Generational and Infinity Matching Bonuses. Any remaining Available Auction Commissions are allocated to the Global Auction Profit Pools.
Example - Funky Shark auctions a gift card with an MSRP of $100.00 and a Retail Value Bonus Percentage of 200%. The Maximum Retail Value Bonus is therefore $200. Bid sales total $2,500. After subtracting the $100 MSRP, Auction Profits are $2,400, meaning there is $1,200 in available Auction Commissions.
50% of the entire $200 Maximum Retail Value Bonus goes to the Sponsor.
The remaining 50% of the Maximum Retail Value Bonus is paid to qualified affiliates as Generational and Infinity Matching Bonuses.
In this scenario $1,000 in Auction Commissions is left over and is allocated to the Global Auction Profit Pools below!
4.Global Auction Profit Pools
After paying the Retail Value Bonus, Generational Matching Bonuses and Infinity Matching Bonuses, any remaining Auction Commissions are allocated to the Global Auction Profit Pools.
A member's Rank determines their eligibility to qualify for one or more Global Auction Profit Pools.
Each member gets an equal share of the Pool(s) they qualify for.
Each Pool is allocated a percentage of the available Auction Commissions based on the percentages in the chart below.
Participation in the Alpha Pool is limited to only those affiliates that are qualified as Alpha.
Affiliates that are qualified as Bronze or above get a share of each Pool up to and including their current rank. For example, an affiliate qualified as Gold would earn a share from the Bronze, Silver and Gold Pools.
Global Auction Profit Pool commissions are calculated and paid at the end of each month. Pools are reset to zero at the beginning of each month.
Continuing with our example from the Retail Value Bonus, the remaining $1,000 in Available Auction Commissions would be allocated to the Global Auction Profit Pools as such:
Alpha Pool - $200 (20%)
Bronze Pool - $400 (40%)
Silver Pool - $200 (20%)
Gold Pool - $100 (10%)
Platinum Pool - $50 (5%)
Diamond Pool - $25.00 (2.5%)
Double Diamond Pool - $25.00 (2.5%)
Total Addition to Global Auction Profit Pools = $1,000
Generational Matching Bonus Chart
Pays to 5 generations on ALL Retail Value Bonuses and Non-Autoship Bid Pack Purchase Bonuses!
Anytime anyone within 5 generations below you makes money from Bonuses you can qualify to match a percentage of that money!
Generation example: You refer Tom(1st), Tom refers Liz(2nd), Liz refers Mike(3rd), Mike refers Joe(4th), and finally Joe refers Teri(5th). Teri is in your 5th generation.
Bronze Example: Every time Tom or anyone else on your 1st Generation earns a Bid Pack Bonus or Retail Value Bonus you can match 40% of that income, if you are Bronze qualified.
Gold Example: Every time Tom, Liz, Mike or anyone else 1-3 Generations below you earns a Bid Pack Bonus or Retail Value Bonus you can match 40% of the income Tom and others on your 1st Generation make, 20% of the income Liz and others on your 2nd Generation make, and 10% of the income Mike and others on your 3rd Generation make, if you are Gold qualified.
Founders are automatically qualified as Platinum and therefore qualify to earn Generational Matching Bonuses down to their 4th generation immediately!
Infinity Matching Bonus
Infinity Matching Bonuses are paid down Infinite levels on ALL Retail Value Bonuses and Non-Autoship Bid Pack Purchase Bonuses earned in your downline.
The Rank and percentage match are:
Platinum ranked members match these bonuses 10%.
Diamond ranked members match an additional 5%.
Double Diamond ranked members match yet another 5%, for a potential total match percentage of 20%!
For example, Bob is 4,000 people deep in your downline and he earns a $1,000 Retail Value Bonus from a flat screen TV auction. You are Platinum and no one between you and Bob is ranked Platinum or higher so YOU get a $100 check!
A member earning Infinity Match Bonuses can have a portion of their Bonuses blocked by other members in their downline who qualify for Infinity Match Bonuses.
For example, you are Diamond and no one below you is Diamond or higher so you have been receiving 15% Infinity Match Bonuses on everyone in your downline. Bob who is 4,000 people deep in your downline becomes Platinum. Your Infinity Match Bonus remains 15% on everyone between you and Bob. Bob qualifys for the 10% Infinity Match Bonus on everyone below him. So of the 15% you were once getting from people below Bob, Bob gets 10% and YOU get the remaining 5%.
Founders are automatically qualified as Platinum and therefore qualify to earn Infinity Matching Bonuses immediately!
Rank Advancement Qualifications
Ranks are used to determine eligibility for Global Auction Profit Pools, Generational Matching Bonuses and Infinity Matching Bonuses.
Founders are permanently qualified at the Rank of Platinum for Generational Matching Bonuses and Infinity Matching Bonuses. However, to qualify for Global Auction Profit Pools Founders must accumulate PBV and GBV in the same manner as all other Affiliates.
At the beginning of each new month Personal Bid Volume (PBV) and Group Bid Volume (GBV) totals are reset to zero.
From an affiliate's second month on, their previous months rank qualification will be used to determine Generational Matching Bonus eligibility and Infinity Matching Bonus eligibility in the current month. If same or greater rank is not achieved in the current month, the current month's rank will be used to determine Global Auction Profit Pool eligibility.
1 bid = 1 Bid Volume (BV) point, with one important exception - when you purchase bid packs on Autoship you get Bonus Volume!
PBV can accumulate in FOUR different ways:
When your personal referrals spend their 10 FREE bids received when they joined.
When your personal referrals spend bids in the Penny Auctions. 1 PBV point accumulates per bid that gets spent.
For example, If you refer Joe and he buys and spends 50 bids in the auction you earn 50 PBV.
Purchase bids, give them to Joe, and when Joe spends those bids in the penny auctions you earn PBV.
For example, you buy a 50 bid pack, give it to Joe, he spends those bids in the auctions and you earn 50 PBV.
Buy a bid pack on autoship.
You earn GBV anytime anyone in your downline accumulates PBV.
